Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email and a shipping confirmation email including your package tracking number.

It is possible to cancel or modify your order before it is sent by our team. To do this, please write to us as soon as possible via the contact form.

After placing your order, your invoice will be sent with your order confirmation email. You can access it by clicking on the link "Download my invoice".

We offer:
- Home delivery via La Poste Colissimo
- Pick-up point delivery via Mondial Relay
- Click and Collect (at the shop located at 33 Rue Notre Dame, 33000 Bordeaux)

Here are the different rates:
Colissimo:
Up to 500 g: 9.99 euro
Up to 1 kg: 10.99 euros
Up to 2 kg: 12.99 euros
Up to 3 kg: 15.99 euros
+3 kg: 19.99 euros -
You will receive your order within 3 to 7 business days. We do our best to ship your package as quickly as possible!
Your shipping confirmation email will include a tracking number so you can track your order in real-time.

For now, we only ship to Metropolitan France.

Yes, returns can be free under the following conditions:
- your order was placed in mainland France
- the return is for a reason related to the product's dimensions (e.g., harness size)
- the product has not been opened or used
- the returned product is not on sale, clearance, or promotional offer
- and you return your order to us via Mondial Relay
If you wish to make a return via La Poste or if your order was delivered outside mainland France, please note that return shipping costs will be at your expense.
You have 14 days after receiving your order to make a return.

From the date you receive your order, you have 14 days to return any products you do not wish to keep.
We will refund you within 3 business days of receiving your return.
The refund will be processed using the payment method used to confirm the order, and you will be informed of the transaction by email.
To make a free return via Mondial Relay:
1) Send a return request email to contact@muzon.fr or via the contact form and include the order number, reason for return, and items to be returned.
2) You will then receive the return label. Download and print the pre-paid Mondial Relay label received by email and stick it on the package.
3) Drop off the package at a Mondial Relay point.
